loan officer is like running your own business. I’m

Executive VP/Chief Operating Officer
Upon being promoted to a Corporate Officer I inherited
even more responsibility within management. This new
responsibility included all current management tasks
and added the Sales and ACH Departments oversight to
my duties.
I revamped and implemented our
new company sales compensation plan along with many
special and promotional sales incentives.
Throughout my career as VP Operations
and Executive VP/COO I represented all major sales account
relationships along with many of our high level business-to-business
relationships.
I am also responsible for all
high-risk credit underwriting for approval/decline.
Upon being bought by First American
Payment Systems, I retained the position as Chief Operating
Officer. I’ve worked close with First American’s
upper management team to migrate our business policies
and procedures to be in line with our new parent company.
I was responsible for reassembling a new management
team along with a complete new organizational chart
from the top down. We implemented new business measuring
tools that proved to be effective and productive. After
corporate evaluation and consolidation the decision
was made to consolidate Operation to Ft Worth Texas.
At that point I decided to change careers and stay right
here in our local community.

As the VP Operations I took on
overseeing a more complete company wide management roll.
My departments included all sub management level employees
along with Customer Service, Deployment, Administration,
IT, and our Terminal Repair Department.
Along with this management roll
I developed many special projects for the company. Some
of these included our Company Web Site, Intranet Site
and both our Multi-Lane and Hand Held Wireless products.

During my position as Operation
Manager I was responsible for overseeing all corporate
operations, including Customer Service, Deployment and
Installation.
I was responsible for setting up new procedures for
customer service and Pin Pad encryption for Credit,
Debit and Check processing. I testing and implemented
all new Software and Hardware for Payment Processing.

the management of our Deployment Department.
